Beautiful Tiffany Blue Wedding Cake!

Yesterday was the wedding of my lovely cousin Madeline and her fiance Alex. The wedding was in Harrogate with he reception at the gorgeous Rudding Park. With a beautiful sunny day, everyone got glammed up for the back-tie event and and looked fabulous!

As Alex had kindly given Madeline a Tiffany & Co ring for their engagement, there was a Breakfast at Tiffany's theme to the wedding with Tiffany Blue being the colour of choice.

After tasting various cake flavours in their consultation, Madeline and I came up with a special and unique design that would look perfect in such a stunning venue with Tiffany blue being key.

As the wedding stationery was also Tiffany Blue with the addition of a pretty chandelier motif, this was also incorporated into the design. 

The final detail was the addition of eight Tiffany Ring boxes made from Luscious Lemon Cake and decorated with gorgeous edible bows. These turned out to be most popular when the cake was served!!

I love everything about this cake, such a pretty colour and so elegant it make me want to nip out and buy some beautiful jewelry!!
