Lots of beautiful brides!!

On Sunday we had a stand at the Lowry Hotel wedding fair where we took along some of our favourite cake designs as well as samples of our two most popular cake flavours; chocolate truffle with chocolate ganache buttercream & luscious lemon with lemon curd buttercream. 



Needless to say the cake samples went down a treat with one lovely lady gobsmacked at how nice they were, comparing them to cake samples she'd had at other wedding fairs and hailing them as "by far the best cake she'd ever tasted!".
 
We really enjoyed meeting all the excited (and some looking a bit daunted!!) brides and grooms to be and hearing about all of their lovely plans.


Not only did we take some of our bespoke couture cake designs but also a couple from our new Simply Antoinette range.

We were really pleased at how well the Simply cakes were received, Brides seemed to love the chic and simple designs over other fussy designs they've seen. Simply Sparkles was definitely the most popular of the day!!
